Craig Proctor
Chief Executive

Craig Proctor, Chief Executive of EOS Solutions UK Plc. was previously Managing Director of Logic Group Plc.

Craig joined the company in 2000 as Sales & Marketing Director bringing with him over 25 years experience, working in consumer finance and banking.

This experience was gained with HFC Bank and latterly Experian as Director of their Outsourcing Division.Craig is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management and also sits on several international steering groups within the EOS Group.

Stuart Knock
Managing Director

Stuart Knock, Managing Director of EOS Solutions UK Receivables, was previously Director of Sales and Business Development for Logic Group Plc.

Stuart joined the company in March 2003 and has a wealth of experience in major account relationships, consumer sales in both the outsource and debt collection environments.

Stuart has over 20 years experience in the collections industry, having spent the first 13 years of his career working through various divisions and roles within what was then NatWest Bank.

Since leaving the bank Stuart has undertaken both Major Account Management and Sales roles with two Debt Collection Agencies.

Anthony Jenks
Director of
Finance

Anthony Jenks, Director of Finance of EOS Solutions UK joined the company in 2004.

Following his graduation from the University of Birmingham with a Batchelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting, he has gained experience working for a number of major international companies.

These include Ernst & Young within the Audit division working on a range of UK and US listed clients; Celestica, listed on the New York stock exchange as Europe North Chief Accountant with specific responsibilities for Audit, Tax, External Reporting, Balance Sheet integrity, accounting processes and Treasury Anthony was also SAP Project team lead for Europe North Finance covering all stages of a major ERP implementation project.

Wendy Goodenough
HR Director

Wendy Goodenough is the HR Director for EOS Solutions UK Plc and joined the company in January 2007.

She has over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development, much of this gained in senior roles with Royal Mail.

Immediately prior to joining EOS Solutions UK she worked with the RNID (Royal National Institute for Deaf people) as Head of HR for their Typetalk operation in Liverpool.

Wendy is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
