Logic Group Plc became EOS Solutions UK Plc as of Monday 4th September 2006. With the launch of the EOS brand into the UK the Logic Group will be part of the EOS Group, a leading financial services provider with 30 operating companies in 18 countries across Europe and the USA.

Over the last couple of years and especially since the initial announcement of the change back in June 2006, preparations for the launch have taken place. The company has been restructured into three business units encompassing Receivables Management, Information Services and Field Services. In addition, appointments have been made including new divisional Managing Directors and key staff to take the company forward as it aims to offer an expanded portfolio of products and services.

Furthermore the company embarked on both an internal and external communications programme to inform and outline the benefits of the change under the “Changing Your Logic” campaign theme. “The focus has been on ensuring a smooth changeover from Logic to EOS for all of our clients, as well as embarking on our ambitious investment plans, “says Craig Proctor.
