ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation Achieved

As part of our continuing commitment to service and quality, EOS Solutions UK has achieved full ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. The certificate was awarded by the British Standards Institute - BSI following a sustained programme of assessment and improvement over the last twelve months. This is the standard most widely recognised as demonstrating robust and efficient systems, as well as a focus on continuous improvement.

As a company, we recognise that genuine commitment
to understanding the present and future needs of our clients are realised in the quality of the services we provide. One of our key objectives is to always monitor
our clients evolving needs in order to increase the range
of services and products we can offer, and also to strive
to exceed their expectations.
In implementing the process improvements identified whilst working towards ISO 9001:2000, we now have a more formal system for achieving this objective. Clients can now be assured that we are working to a clearly defined set of quality guidelines across all areas of the business. This includes regular audits to monitor continuous improvement and effectiveness against customer SLA’s and KPI’s, our processes, people, organisation and technology.

Craig Proctor, Chief Executive Officer said, "Attaining the ISO 9001:2000 standard demonstrates the EOS Group’s focus on their clients. We have always embraced an ethos of consistent high quality, best practice working methods and excellent service. The accreditation ensures we continue to offer quality products and services whilst the business achieves its ambitious growth plans for the future. We’ve spent a lot of time and effort in ensuring we didn’t simply collect the badge, and we will adopt the standard as a way of delivering best practice for the benefit of all our clients, employees, and suppliers alike”.

Wendy Goodenough, HR Director explains the reasons behind the company’s decision to gain the new accreditation, "ISO 9001:2000 demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement in client and employee satisfaction and our standards of operation. It also supports our objectives in ensuring fit for purpose HR processes which underpin the wider business aims and goals. We wanted to implement best practice across both EOS Group UK sites and to have a means of ensuring that these are regularly reviewed”.

The scope of the certification covers all of the activities carried out within the UK at both our Warrington and Livingston sites.
