Our Story…So Far
Logic was known as the informed choice and was consistently ranked amongst the best in the industry. In September 2006, Logic Group Plc was integrated under the EOS brand as part of the group’s continuing internationalisation strategy and became known as EOS Solutions UK Plc.

As EOS in the UK going forward, the company’s aim is to become the first choice provider of quality solutions in arrears, debt and asset management through professionalism, flexibility and delivering a bespoke client service offering.

Background
During 1993, our parent company, Deutscher Inkasso-Dienst (now EOS DID) entered the UK market via the acquisition of two companies, Collection Agencies Plc and Logic Group Plc. In March 2001, the two companies were brought under the one trading name of Logic Group Plc.
